We may offer a limited sliding-scale or hardship assistance at our discretion, based on confidential information you provide. Availability is limited each month. If you need support, please ask before booking. Approved adjustments will be documented on your invoice.
We may offer different prices or promotions where justified by legitimate factors (e.g., practitioner seniority, treatment complexity, duration, consumables, after-hours, or added services described above). We do not vary pricing based on protected characteristics (e.g., religion, caste, gender, disability). We aim for transparent estimates and will inform you of any changes before proceeding.
All fees are non-refundable. By booking a consultation, purchasing a package, or enrolling in a workshop/course, you agree that payments are final and non-refundable, including for change of mind, schedule changes, or partial use.
Clinic-initiated changes: If we cancel or materially change a service, we will offer an alternate date/time or a credit of equal value valid for 6 months.
Chargebacks & disputes: Please email info@punarjanis.com before filing a chargeback; most issues are resolved quickly. Report unauthorised or fraudulent transactions to your bank immediately.
Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays/cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, strikes, extreme weather, government restrictions). We will offer a reasonable reschedule or credit where possible.
